Office Administrator

We have an opening for an office
administrator due to retirement.

Responsibilities to include banking
and basic account management, outbound calling for orders (not cold-calling), invoicing and delivery planning, dealing with customer enquiries and help in the day to day running of a micro-brewery. Driving licence required and some lifting involved.

You will be motivated and have excellent customer
service skills. Some knowledge of the brewing/ hospitality industry would be an advantage although not essential. IT skills (inc. M/S Office, Sage50, Xero) and the ability to work in a small team are a must.

Initially 3-4 days a week with some flexibility for the
right person, including the possibility of full-time work. Attractive hourly rate. Full training with the outgoing position holder will be given.
