Customer Service Assistant

They are the first point of contact for our customers, they take orders over the phone, answer email enquiries and by doing so build great relationships to make sure our alarm users are completely happy with their service. This position would suit a friendly, calm and patient individual looking to begin or further their career in customer service.

What we're looking for:

-A friendly and approachable individual with a confident and polite telephone manner.
-Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal (being computer literate would also be beneficial).
-Ideally, youll have a minimum of 7 GCSE's grade A*-C. (A-Levels/degree would be desirable but is not a requirement for the right candidate)


The starting salary for this position is £7.50 an hour, which will rise to £9.00 an hour once a probationary period has been completed. The successful candidate will work a total of 37.5 hours a week with shift patterns varying between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm during the week and from 9:00am till 5:00pm on one Saturday or Sunday per month (with a day off during the week).

This position is permanent and full time.
